13.08.2007.  Because of DNS update problems our site was temporarily unreachable from some addresses. Problems with e-mail server are also noticed. Some e-mails send to   @BiD.co.yu were lost. 01.08.2007.  Serbian Business Register Agency changed organization form of B&D Group to LTD. All other data as PIB, address, phone and fax no, bank accounts etc.  stay same.    

01.11.2005. B&D Group introduced a brand new TV game software JackPot TV. This real time TV game is equipped with brand new DTFM signal processing module that allows interactive participation in TV game using ordinary phone.

01.09.2005. New generation of accounting  software adopted for users in Serbia & Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina is intoduced.  

01.01.2005. Since 01.01.2005. computers, computer equipment and software, are not tax free. Serbian government introduced new 18% PDV (VAT) for computers.

03.06.2004. B&D Group accounting software is finally accommodated to work with Wincor Nixdorf fiscal cash registers Kasa/POS and Cafe are accommodated for use with Wincor Nixdorf Smart III and Smart ECR. Kasa/POS and Cafe works with Wincor Nixdorf ECR for Serbian market in slave mode using it as fiscal printer. Our programming team started accommodation of same software for PosNet electronic cash registers.  

03.03.2004. Accommodation of accounting software to work with fiscal cash registers came in final phase. 

08.01.2004.  Database of Zakonik - the unique database of laws, regulations, law practice, customs tariff, etc now includes laws of Bosnian Republic of Srpska. Our up to date database consists of almost 10.000 documents and grows every day...

12.06.2003. We introduced new versions of accounting software for financial and commercial accounting Fin & Rob V 8.0. New versions make possible state institutions and organizations accounting that needs EU synthetic accounting plan. Software is updated according the Tax ID No. Law;

20.05.2003. B&D Group has agreement with Vojvođanska banka about crediting our customers. Vojvođanska banka is one of best Serbian banks. 

01.05.2003. B&D Group introduced brand new software system Zakonik I.P.B.P. Zakonik consists of two elements - database of all laws of Serbia, Montenegro and Union of Serbia and Montenegro, and software for fast and accurate database search and filtering.
